Jumplines

Jumplines" are tracks specifically designed to include a series of jumps of different shapes, heights and lengths, generally consisting of bumps and dirt landings. They can vary in difficulty, from small bumps for beginners to big jumps for experienced riders.

These trails are designed to enable mountain bikers to take off and land safely while performing jumps. They therefore require technical design to ensure that jumps are both fun and safe, taking into account the cyclists' trajectory and speed.

Flowlines

Flowlines are trails designed to be fluid and rhythmic, allowing cyclists to maintain a constant speed with little pedaling or braking. They are characterized by gentle turns, waves, and sometimes jumps and bumps. The idea is to create a track where the cyclist's movement and momentum are preserved throughout, promoting a harmonious and continuous riding experience.

These trails are often highly appreciated for their ability to be ridden at different speeds, offering a pleasant experience for beginners and experienced cyclists alike.

Downhill

Downhill (or DH) trails are specifically designed for downhill riding and are generally located in mountainous or hilly terrain. They are characterized by a high gradient and a rapid succession of technical obstacles such as rocks, roots, jumps and tight turns. The aim is to get down the course as quickly as possible while controlling your bike on difficult terrain.

Downhill is the best-known and most widespread discipline. However, it requires good physical condition, excellent technical skills and specific equipment, including a sturdy mountain bike with good suspension to absorb shocks, as well as full protective gear for the rider.
