Our brief was quite simple: to create a track that had never been seen anywhere else.
We've taken the "Dual Slalom" concept from the Blackorn Festival, and created two identical parallel tracks, criss-crossing each other over a length of 300m with exceptional rhythm and flow.
We designed the wooden modules in 3D, then assembled them on site, adapting them to the terrain and maintaining almost perfect right/left symmetry.
To offer a unique experience to festival-goers at the Blackorn Festival 2024, we have raised the bar even higher, by creating a lighting system that is unique in the world.
It consists of LED strips on the track edges, and sensors that trigger animations as drivers pass over the track. The system is completely independent, which means we can install it right now on any of our creations.
